began as a solution to a common problem plaguing the retail hi-fi
audio industry. It seems that everyone has an anecdote about trying
to properly evaluate a piece of audio equipment in a crowded room,
with mismatched components, while trying to fend off pushy or arrogant
salespeople. Arcadia Audio chooses to operate on a more personal
level. Being a smaller company with no storefront, we can dedicate
ourselves to better serving each client regardless of budget, musical
taste, or prior audio knowledge.
One of the
things that sets us apart is that we allow our potential clients
to try out our audio equipment in their own home before making
a purchase. We feel that this is the only true way to evaluate
products. More than anything, we want our clientele to be comfortable
and insist that they take their time making a decision without
being pushed in the back.
