Domestic orders generally processed the same day. International orders are processed within 1-2 business days. All orders received on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

All new products are sold with a full manufacturers warranty. If problems are encountered, contact us to either have the item repaired or replaced at the discretion of the manufacturer or distributor. Customers are responsible for shipping charges to the repair center or us.

All of our used equipment is thoroughly checked over by a technician and given an extensive listening test. Sometimes our used equipment has remaining warranty, which will be stated on the website. If warranty information is not stated, no warranty is offered or implied.

All used equipment sales are final, only returnable if damaged during shipment or not operational on arrival. We reserve the right to refuse all or partial refund of the purchase price if it appears the damage occurred while in the possession of the cliente.

All demo equipment is sold with a full manufacturers warranty.

Domestic/USA/International

A variety of shipping choices from CanadaPost will be available to choose from during the check out process. Tracking numbers will be sent to you via email, please note no tracking number comes with Small Packet Air or Small Packet Surface.

Packages are shipped fully insured when available. If a product is damaged or lost, please contact us as soon as possible so we can contact the carrier. Please note we must abide by the carrier’s policy for making a claim.

All new products sold (except phono cartridges and styli) may be returned for store credit if in new condition and has original packaging for a period of 30 days from receipt. Items may also be returned for a refund within 30 days from receipt. Refunds are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the cliente and are non refundable. All sales are final on custom cut cables. Phono cartridges and styli are returnable only if they are in operable due to a manufacturers defect or damaged in shipping.
