Here at Arcadia Audio, we want to ensure that you get the most enjoyment out of your sound system. To this end, we have developed a number of services to help you with your audio purchases both before and after you've conducted business with us. Local Delivery. Free!

We will make every attempt to deliver your purchase personally to your home in the local area. If this is not possible we will advise you of the shipping costs.

Home visit to set-up your new system or diagnose your current system. $75/hr (1 hour min.)

Careful examination of your current system or properly setting up your new purchase will allow you to get the most enjoyment from your stereo system. No matter what your budget we feel that this service will save you time and money by avoiding costly mistakes that waste your time and money.

Cartridge mounting and set-up (basic). $25

Includes alignment, antiskate and stylus pressure adjustment. This service is free when your purchase a turntable and cartridge from us.

Cartridge mounting and set-up (advanced). $50

Includes alignment, antiskate, stylus pressure and VTA adjustment.
